Here are the ingredients you'll need for the lemon pie.
- 2 cups of softened vanilla ice cream
- 1 8oz tub of Cool Whip whipped topping
- 1/3 cup of powdered lemonade (I use Country Time)
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 graham cracker crust
My pie set up nicely in less than 4 hours, which was great because we were ready to dig in!
